New publications
In conjunction with UNESCO, INASP have produced a resource on Open Access to bring together publications, initiatives, events and portals concerning access to scholarly communication. The full content will shortly be available on the UNESCO website, within their Observatory on the Information Society, and is available on CD from INASP.
